1. Form Submission & Validity
Incomplete Forms: Please ensure all requested details are filled out accurately. Forms with incomplete information will be rejected automatically.
2. Seating Arrangements
Floor Seating: Please note that this event features floor sitting only to maintain a close-knit, traditional jamming vibe.
Senior Citizens: We have a limited inventory of chairs reserved exclusively for senior citizens on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Entry & Ticketing
Single Entry: Each valid registration/pass admits one person only.
Punctuality: Entry starts at 5:30 PM. The session will start strictly at 6:00 PM. Please arrive on time.
No Refunds: Payment once done will not be refunded under any circumstances.
4. Age Policy
Children Below 5 Yrs: Children below 5 years of age are not allowed.
Children 8 Yrs & Above: Entries for children 8 years and above are fully chargeable.
5. Venue & Code of Conduct
Hygiene & Littering: Kindly maintain strict hygiene and do not litter around the sitting area. Please use the designated dustbins for any trash.
Substance Prohibitions: Consumption of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited at the venue.
Behavior: Use of abusive language or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Organizers reserve the right to remove anyone violating this rule without a refund.
Outside Food: Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed inside the banquet.
6. Final Authority
Disputes: In case of any discrepancies or disputes, the decision of the organizers will be final and binding to all.
